Meeting Rooms The Montage Ballroom Our 2,000 square feet Montage Ballroom captures spectacular, panoramic views of Sedona's famous Red Rocks from large picture windows facing north and east. The Montage Ballroom is ideal for meetings, banquets, weddings, receptions or casual gatherings. This room can easily accommodate a breakfast, lunch, or dinner for 110 people at round tables, 140 for theater style seating, or 60 in a classroom style setting. Blown-glass wall sconces and incandescent lighting provide ambient lighting for elegant events.
